I have a Sniper Mod clone that I’m not using and would be happy to send it to anyone who’s willing to foot the bill for postage ($5.95 for Priority Mail flat rate small box).
It works fine and the build quality is pretty good. Almost no gap at the base where the wood meets the brass foot, unlike some other clones of this I’ve seen. It’s a dual 18650 parallel mech mod.
The only functional fault is that the locking lever does not work. It’s supposed to stop the switch from moving when it’s flipped up, but it’s very hard to move. It doesn’t interfere with operation, but you can’t lock the fire switch should you want to put this in your pocket.
I tried it for a few days and don’t care for the weight (it weighs a ton!). I have arthritis, and this is not a comfortable mod for me to hold. Plus, it’s designed to be used right handed. If you hold it in your left hand, the battery release nub digs into your palm, which is rather uncomfortable. I’m a left-handed vaper, so another strike against this for my use.
I was lucky to win it on Mod Envy, so I don’t want any money for it, but would appreciate if the person who wants it would cover the cost of postage ($5.95) sent via PayPal using the Friends/Family option. Or, if you have the ability to print a pre-paid label for a Priority Mail small flat rate box you could email the label to me rather than send cash.
