Well, I did it. Placed my first DIY order. Need some advice as I have no idea what the hell I'm doing. Here's what I got... Kick me some recipes/recommendations if you wish. I picked up various syringes. Have all the bottles already. What else do I need? What do I need to know... I'm clueless at this point. I just know what I like and know that I can make it for far cheaper than I've been paying. I love to live to cook and I plan to use the same approach with my liquids. Thanks in advance to this forum of good people!

The strawberry (ripe), Baverian Cream,and blue berry I like at 10% flavor,90% base, 50/50, stand alone flavors.
Menthol is STRONG, I use to smoke menthol cigs, but have not got a menthol juice that I like yet, I last tried 0.5% menthol and 99.5% base, and even that was too strong for me.
I've tried the Vanilla Custard V2 as stand alone, at 5%,7%,9% and 10% and don't like it at any of those levels of flavor. I will try it with other flavors in the future.
DIY is mostly trial and error, so make small batches. I have all the flavors, nicotine, PG and VG in the same type of bottles (that way the drops are the same amount) and use the drop method. I'll put the drops right into a fresh ,clean tank. Usually 50 drops total.
Get a free program like "ejuicemeup" to help you with the % of what you want to make.

+1 on the menthol being strong - I'm using 1 DROP per 10ml, and that's enough to overpower a lot of flavors. And I'm using a FW menthol, a brand that I'm told is on the weaker end of most flavors. Other than that I can't offer much advice based on your flavor profile - I'm using the blueberry and bavarian cream to try to round out a fruit cereal recipe I'm working on, but not much experience with them individually...

Yeah the menthol won't be for me. Got that to do a straight menthol for a couple people. My primary focus is to learn the basics and try to walk away with a good berry custard that I can vape all day. Once I've got that I'll stars ordering some other stuff. Thanks for the help guys.

I've found the Custard will overpower the Blueberry quite easily, although I use Blueberry Wild.

So I'd start with 10% Blueberry(min), and 1-2% Custard to begin with.

And you can usually get away with more Custard in the Strawberry version, but using less Strawberry, strong to me.
Probably 10% Custard and 5% Strawberry to start.

You can add a bit of the Bavarian Cream in these too...

That's what I was thinking when I ordered. That BC is going to round some things out nicely.
