IPV3 is in very good condition with some very minor scratches but still in great condition. Not sure of the brand of batteries since they were rewrapped but they only have about 10 cycles on them, they are the 2 green batteries in the pic. The VC2 charger is a great charger for those that like to monitor the voltage of their batteries as they charge, the 25r's in the pic are not included.
