Hey VU,
We're SP2S, and we're here to talk about our URANUS Refillable Pod System. We know this community cuts through marketing quickly, so we'll keep it to the specs and the decisions behind them — and we genuinely want to hear where you think we got it right or wrong.

Battery — 1000mAh, ~60 Hours Real-World Target
Most pod systems in this form factor run 500–800mAh. We chose to spec a 1000mAh cell because battery anxiety is one of the most consistent complaints we hear from daily users. Real-world runtime lands at around 60 hours under typical usage. We know that number will vary depending on wattage habits — curious to hear from heavy users whether that holds up in practice.
Fill System — Top-Fill, Pod Stays Seated
We went with top-fill specifically so the pod doesn't need to come out during refills. Less handling means less stress on the coil-and-wick connection and cleaner hands. Internal sealing is designed to be leak-resistant — we're confident in it, but real-world use across different liquids and temperatures will tell the full story.
Coil Lineup — 0.8Ω and 0.6Ω Available Now, 0.4Ω In Development

0.8Ω — tighter draw, optimized for higher-nic or higher-PG liquid, flavor clarity at lower wattage
0.6Ω — more airflow and vapor output, better suited to higher-VG blends and lower-nic setups

We have a 0.4Ω pod confirmed in development. Paired with the 30W ceiling on the device, the intention is to push into restricted DL territory. We're still finalizing coil material and airflow path design — which is actually part of why we're here. This community knows what matters in that resistance range better than most.
Controls — 0.96" Dual-Sided Display, 6W–30W
6W floor keeps the 0.8Ω safe on a fresh wick. 30W ceiling gives the 0.6Ω room and is our current target range for the 0.4Ω as well. No TC in this version — a conscious tradeoff for this product tier.

A few things we'd specifically like input on from this community:

On the 0.4Ω pod — what coil material and airflow design would you actually want to see? Mesh or round wire, and why?
At 30W on a 0.4Ω, what's your expectation for thermal performance in a pod system?
Anything in the current 0.8Ω or 0.6Ω design you'd want us to revisit?

We're reading every reply.
