Disney Channel star Zendaya is rumored to star as a very familiar character in Spider-Man: Homecoming, and comic book creator Stan Lee has come forward to give his approval of her possibly taking on the role.

The current official word from Sony is that Zendaya will play a character named Michelle, but reports surfaced last week, claiming the actress will actually star as Mary Jane Watson.
