Actually the firing bar is solid silver, at least according to Brian in his intro video when he announced the SQ Topside. He didn't say anything about the 510 plate.

Purge squonks have a silver plated copper contact. The silver plating on them is thicker than the typical silver plated copper contact though.

I'm on the fence on buying one of these. My question is can I count on the topside sq lasting me pretty much forever? The arcing that's pictures is that die to a really low build? Can they be taken apart and cleaned easily so the arcing Mark's can be removed time and time again? Also, cant find spare squonk bottles for these anywhere. Does anyone know where to source some?

I wouldn't recommend an SQ Topside. Yes you can take them apart easily. They come with a spare bottle. I hate the bottle in the SQ Topside. On a positive side it does hold 12ml ejuice. It is a well functioning mod. I would say if you can get an SQ 217. In my personal opinion the SQ Topside is a huge mistake. The bottle is what kills it.

I don't like the shape and location in the mod but most of all I hate how it pops the door open when you squonk it. The mods hits well just like the other SQs and the Clutch.
