There is the Mölly V2 out for less, there is the Bolt V3 for less.
Mods just like cars lose value regardless of "upgrades" unless they a rarity, which the Mölly V1.1 and V1.2 aren't nor a Bolt 2.5

Yes, they did! I have two of them in daily use along with a couple of 75C. The 75C is supposed to get a firmware upgrade sometime after CNY, if you're using the international version of Escribe.

I don't think they did, not yet???? I saw an interview with Brandon (?) and DJPsb and they're talking about the new chip. They (Evolve) already shipped a bunch of chips to the manufacturers, but all new mods and such will be released after CNY. They are timing the release of the new firmware with the release of the new mods. They will be releasing some limited edition Evolve mods too!

Unless your also considering the extra money you'll spend to get those upgrades. I mean yeah you can get a v2 Mölly for 10$ less but it'll have 1 set of doors, 1 button and copper contacts. Silver contacts alone will run you what 50$-60$? Then 40$ a set of door and button. So your saving a good chunk of change and getting a better performing mod imo. So if you want those extras or plan to add them I think it's a good deal.
I sold my v1 molly with a stabwood door recently and got $250 out of it. I kinda regret letting it go to be honest.
I agree the purple bolts are awesome looking but as already stated it's a bad time for resale value on those.

dang 85w...If I recall the settings I had for TC... 70w 1 second punch 35w 460f... I only had simple Round SS316L build going on... ooh which reminds me... before I forget...need to set it back to watt mode lol

ha, i built my bonza single coil today for one of my new RSQ and I am rather enjoying it, but I had to open up the air on both sides as it was too restrictive with just one side open. I did get a new Pulse 22 (and another/spare Dead Rabbit clone) today that I can build with a single coil for the RSQ so the bonza can go back to dual coil duty.
430 ss fused clapton from AVS ~0.24 ohm.
Not the best choice for testing TC mode on the RSQ as I have no clue how their TCR/XX values work. I tried '1380' (has to be a value between 700 and 8000?) and the vape was pretty anemic. I am going to throw some 316ss in the pulse 22 and see how that does in normal TC SS mode instead....... Much, much better...... now I want to rebuild the Dead Rabbit SQ with a SS coil instead of the Ni80 coil so I can switch that over to TC mode.

It hits a little better than the pulse, and I like the on/off switch better. Getting to the battery and bottle is also easier (ribbon). Also, it'll work with 18650 (adapter included), 20700, and 21700.
My local B&M has 'em for $50... comes with an RSA that looks promising, if a bit wierd.
