Alright, where do you find said kit? I spent today going back and forth swapping a CopperVape repair kit out and not actually fixing a fire button issue. Not exactly sure what's happened.

Know the button and seemed the strap material were fouled yesterday. Put a new repair kit on. It too was fouled. The button wants to get all wobbly. I cleaned the top up real well and tried refitting, no avail. Yes, I was using a version 2 repair kit for a version 2 mod. The wobbly button makes it difficult to get it fire consistently, or at all.

I think my silver CV mod is telling me it has decided to throw in the towel. Either that or I'm over-tightening and cross-threading bad enough the material is cringing. Not sure and it stirs negative thoughts, emotions in me. They are so damn simple to attend, yet here I am lost.

Yes, I tried with the plastic washer under the strap and over it. I tried turning the strap the opposite way and found the hole on the 'other' end is not meant for the button's screw. That hole is meant for the 510 connector and connector nut assembly. Near afraid of trying to bend the strap for snapping it.

It was a pain in the something today. Then, I watched the Royal Rumble. That ate toe jam.

I think a Pico or two would do you nicely, MMM. The Coppervape is awesome when it works well, but they're a bit fiddly as you've discovered.
Oooooor I have a black Coppervape in okay shape (a little paint chipping) that I'd be willing to give up for cheap. PM me if you want it.

I find it weird: I've 2 of them, (bought as a pair here).. Both are great with VW, but one is a bit of a slut about TC.. Neither does a "good TC" with SS, but damn.

May take the other pin to work and see if my guy can use his drill press or something. I've got nothing to hold it with or keep it straight

You could probably get the sandpaper at your local hardware store much cheaper.Check your local (Walgreen's/Whatever) for those micro pads.As for the other thing just google it.Cause I've never seen that shit before.

Not sure if these will work in the Entheon, but...

Modmaker in Uk has squonk pins in M2.5 and M3 dia.

Fat Daddy Vapes also has squonk pins. (Thanks @JuicyLucy).

I ordered 3 of each from Modmaker, and got them in 9 days from UK to NJ, USA.

Most of my RDA/RSAs, which includes the older Goon v1 and Velocity v1, as well as the Pulse 22, Druga 22, and Nudge 22 all take the M2.5 dia pin. So this seems to be more common.

If you have a set of digital calipers, you can measure the diameter of the existing 510 pin and see which size you need. IIRC, and judging by eye, the thread pitch seems slightly greater on the M3 than the M2.5.

Also, with any of these you may need to file or cut the pin to length, especially since the coil in the Entheon (and most of our other single-coil RSAs) will be in the center, over the squonk pin where it might protrude from the deck if too long, and you dont want to have a hard short if it touches the bottom of your coil.

...It looked fucking awesome... then I touched it and it looked like a mirror after a hot shower in winter.

The amount of residual vapor that is attracted to the delrin after each vape, the constant wiping of the mod...not to mention your own oils you permeate via hands...no bueno...

Maybe it's worth to just neatly and softly scuff it up with some ~150 grit aluminum oxide sandpaper, and give it a nice 'brushed aluminum' type finish?

This way it's easy to touch up, and also does not show fingerprints or liquid, while also having a little bit of 'grip' texture to it.

Sort of like go diagonal with the sandpaper in one pass, and then go diagonal but 90 degress to the original in the second pass, and you can have a nice sort of 'cross-hatch' pattern going.

Or you could just do swirls...

With something ~150 grit, on Delrin or other softer materials, you will not need to press hard at all since the friction from that grit will do all the work for you.

I honestly don't even use my Mölly much at all. Think the last time I vaped it was when I slapped the .999 silver contacts in last week, before that months.

I scuffed it back up to where it's not all shiny and back into the drawer it went... My authentic Hadaly is on it now with the wick pulled.

Maybe later when I get the urge to Vape it I will...

I have a brand new one I've never opened - it came with a squonk pin installed and there is no regular pin to be found in all these little baggies

I'd take it out of the plastic and check the 510 for width, but I'm hoping to keep it virgin and untouched unless I decide to build it one of these days
