Starting today, Chewbacca actor Peter Mayhew will be tweeting out his original Star Wars: Journal of the Whills script on Twitter.
To celebrate the beginning of Star Wars: Episode VIII production, the actor tweeted, he will be posting the coffee-stained, well-thumbed script on Twitter "a few pages at a time".
'The Adventures of Luke Starkiller as taken from the 'Journal of the Whills' was George Lucas' first brainstorm of the film that would eventually be Star Wars: Episode IV, and as such reads very differently to his final script.
"Peter’s script along with Peter’s wookiee coffee thumbprints and notes scrawled on the pages are a treat to read and brings us back to the root of what made Star Wars great," reads a press release on Mayhew's announcement.
