I want to try SS because I have a Paranormal and it has the fancy replay mode where it duplicares ur perfect hit but u have to use tc. Im just afraid SS will ohm out to low. It ohms out even lower then nichrome.
Most tc factory coils are like a .15 so you've got a good bit to play with. Tc will let you adjust everything so it won't really be too low.

I take it u dont use 24 gauge SS. Its not like Kanthal.
U must u a low wattage. I dont know much about SS. But with 28 gauge Im assuming my 80 watts I usually use wud be to high. Does it really give better flavor?

Different strokes for different folks ...some think it’s tastes better, some don’t notice any difference, others find it metallic.... until you try it you won’t know for certain which camp you sit in 
One thing you musn’t do is dry burn them like you would nichrome or kanthal ...don’t go past a warm glow or the metal goes brown and tastes off

DNA mods can fire way low - 0.05, maybe even lower
You want low resistance with SS for TC, also - I would shoot for around 0.2 - 0.25 single coil or 0.1 - 0.15 dual coil

If your going for TC I personally stick with fused Claptons all 316L (space the wraps a little) ...not too much coil mass works great especially on a DNA mod

Working on it at the moment mate it’s the Sahara RDA, very similar to the engine 2 deck, better system to mount the leads this time ...different airflow
