Steeping grants vanilla custard!

Hello, I just got two 100ml bottles of grants vanilla custard, 1 max vg and 1 pg. What is the best way of steeping this liquid ? I hear leaving the lid of kills the flavour and to just leave it in a dark box where the sunlight can't get it ? There are so many different ways of steeping, I just want someone's opinion on the best way to steep, or just that I'm doing it right.., also for anyone who has tried gvc I can taste a alcholy flavour in the juice, does this go with steeping ? ( delivery arrived as I was in shop so probably quite fresh )

Keep the tops on and just put in dark place away from heat for a week or so. Try again then and see if it's ready.

I don't remember any alcohol flavor in Grants (I don't think the flavors are alcohol based), but it definitely improves with a little time.

I read that it is best to use gvc with a silica wick and at 1.8 ohms, I'm using a kangertech mini, will I still be getting the most out of this juice with this or do I need to invest in something else ? Using at about 25 watts

Why silica? I haven't used that in a very long time - I find it mutes flavor.

Your mini will be fine!

Silica is just glass. The cleanest wick when lightly torched, before vaping.
