I use Juicy Peach by TFA, and I'm a heavy mixer. I mix it at 6-8% depending upon the recipe and whether it's a primary or secondary flavor.at what point do flavors mute?
i can try less but it makes no sense to me.
is there a % rule?
He does mix heavy. I thi k his cornbread puddin mix is 23% for the whole recipeI use Juicy Peach by TFA, and I'm a heavy mixer. I mix it at 6-8% depending upon the recipe and whether it's a primary or secondary flavor.

If you like orange or citrus flavors you may want to buy some of them. Citrus flavorings seem to me to have a strong flavor that you may have a better chance of tasting. Try other mints considering you can taste peppermint, generally speaking they tend to have a strong flavor also.thanks. guys.
i'm ordering over the 4thh so i'll get those/
i haven't looked at recipes yet.
i have great trouble tasting stuff at all.
i bot stuff to make unflavored, but when i found i could taste peppermint i thot i;d see if i could taste anything else.
That's a loaded question lol. For starters citrus wise my must haves are:oh, no. as soon as i see a 4th sale i'm gonna order from bull city who apparently carry lots of brands.
if there;s anything you think i should test. please lemme know.
I think you should be fine not getting the % dead on. The way I mix is very loose and my juices taste good. I have a mark on my bottles that is 10% and when I combine my flavorings I get as close to the line as possible. I have a couple bottles of similar flavors going at the same time. That way if I want to switch flavors I don’t have to worry about rewicking right away. I’ll combine similar juices in the same bottle to experiment. I’ll have a strawberry juice that’s made with a few different strawberry flavorings and maybe a cream or ice cream sometimes. Then I’ll have another bottle with a citrus mix. Sometimes I want my strawberry to have a little citrus or vice versa and I’ll mix them together in my tank or squonker, it keeps things interesting and helps to avoid flavor burnout. Anyway good luck finding what mixing techniques work for you and in finding a recipe you not only can taste, but love the flavor of.i'll buy a bunch of those, so, thanks.
nada, i'm not set up to do teeny %s.
i'm more a teaspoon/tablespoon kinda gal, but i do have an 1/8 teaspoon measure.
i even have a syringe thing that measures mls, but half %s i can't do.
the only thing i taste is peppermint n that's 5 Ts base n 1T peppermint, i guess that's 16 2/3%.
i can do that.
Agreed. And i have experienced it.I'm no diy guru by any means but I believe I've heard to high of a percentage can mute the flavor as well. Unless you started low and worked up to 25%. Not sure there but 25% of one flavor seems really high to me
I have found inarwa to be potent. I am currently playing with their rhubarb and .25% to much ruined flavor profiles.thanks. i'll toss some citrus n the inarwa in the cart.
Mix by weight. It is much more accurate imhoi'll buy a bunch of those, so, thanks.

CAP Peach flavorings are weird. They don't even taste like peach to me. JF makes a good one called Honey Peach. It's been my favorite recently.hiya, guys.
i've been diying lately.
i mixed a couple of cap peaches at 25%.
i occassionally get a hint of peach.
can you please suggest something stronger?
i have trouble tasting any juice, but i'm hopeful.
thanks.
