Sub ohms volts

Hello, i am pretty new to sub ohms and VW - VV, i have bought Cloupor mini 30 W box mod and Aspire Atlantis and i am using Samsung ICR 18650 26F 3.7 V ... I am pretty happy with this batteries (have been using them since i first bought ordinary mod)...Cloupor has screen and it shows volts, ohms, remaining battery etc. This little box is VW. When i have 22,5 W it says 3,7 Volts, but when i change it to 25 W it is saying that my voltage is 3,92...Sorry if that is something obvious, i have just been curious because i thought that when battery is 3,7 V it should be 3,7 V everytime independently of Watts...Isnt it dangerous? Thanks

First of all, welcome to VU, it is nice to have you here!
You have a good question...
Your device is automatically adjusting based upon your input.
So if you change your watts, the device will automatically adjust to the proper volts needed for the watts setting you selected. Hopefully that answers your question and sets your mind at ease.

The voltage you are seeing is what is being supplied to the tank or RDA via either a step up and /or step down feature built into the chip inside the mod....The device itself has a minimum and a maximum "input" voltage from the battery that has no bearing on your power setting....You are seeing the "output" voltage based on ohms...The lower the ohms, the more wattage it takes to create the same voltage...The higher the ohms, the less wattage it takes to create the same voltage.

An 18650 battery such as you are using when fully charged can be 4.2v and not the 3.7v as advertised...when it reaches the devices minimum battery voltage input( maybe 3.2v on the cloupor?) it will not fire anymore..but up to that point you can supply the same voltage to your tank or rda.
