Subox RBA issue

Having some issue with the RBA inner tubings. There is a link to the photo, it look kinda like a transparent tubing/string near the drip tip suction hole, at the top part of the RBA section. It seem out of place, will it be an issue if I pull it out/removed it? Or should i just leave it there?

There's a seal inside the cap. And yes, you will have issues if you remove it.

Is that seal suppose to surround the suction hole or else where? Cos i can't seem to find out where it suppose to be.

It goes just inside the cap. And makes the seal around the tube. If you remove it, you're going to experience some flooding.

Note the white area just inside the hole in the cap. That's the seal that prevents flooding.
