I'm currently using and evic VT 60 watt with a tsunami RDA. I was looking at the cuboid 150w tc my friend recommended the Rx200 but I feel like it is too big I like to keep it in my pocket and the evic VT is almost too big as it is... any recommendations thank you

If you want to keep your mod in your pocket (I assume your pants'), then any Wismec Reuleaux will definitely too big. The question is how you vape and at wattage and also do you have any price point. There are many mods (way too many, in fact) out there that suit different person's need. I can suggest some pocket-friendly mods such as the vaporflask, the SX Mini M or ML Class, or if you like DNA boards and chips, the Panzer box or the VT200 might suit your need.
If you want something even smaller and not going into high wattage, you might try the IPV D2 (or3), the Minikin, the Nugget or the Minivolt. Also, one of the smaller mods I use more frequently is the Encom Voidray.

I've been vaping at 57-60 Watts on a RDA and the Vape temperature is not too hot I do not think I would need more than 75 Watts( but would not mind having extra for the future) I do not want to spend more than 100 with battery and charger

You are going to have a HARD time getting a mod, batteries, and a quality charger, for under 100 bucks.

A good charger, like an XStar 4 bay will run about 40-50 bucks, and good LG or Samsung batteries are about 10-14 bucks a pair.

A good 100+ watt mod, usually runs 50-100 bucks, depending on what you choose.

Free is right, keeping it under $100 is a stretch but it can be done without sacrificing quality. I would recommend the IPV5, currently one of my go to mods. You can pick one up for $38 from ecig.com, which is a screaming deal considering what they cost just a couple months ago. A D2 charger from Liion will run you about $11, add 4 25r's (also from Liion) at around $21 and another $10 or so for shipping and you're at $80.

The IPV5 is not tiny but it's flat and shaped nicely so it fits well in the pocket. It's no more cumbersome than my IPhone 6+ with a life proof case. It gets great battery life, has lots of power and does TC on SS extremely well.

According to Mooches tests the HE2's are a good 20A battery

However, the real question is whether you are getting true authentic LG batteries from the Amazon seller. It has been said numerous times to get batteries from only certain companies because they are known and trusted.

skt239 has already provided one of those trusted in links above.

Another is IMR Batteries

There are issues with the IPV5 but there are also fixes. I personally love my IPV5 ... I vape mostly mechs but it is in my rotation.

Did they iron the issues out with the ipv5?

The only issues I've had with mine is not being able to go past 120w out of the box (easily fixed with a few button presses) and the adjustment buttons locking up on occasion. Those are two small inconveniences but not deal breakers, IMO.

seems to be very accurate and responsive, mostly all I use is the ss316l... pretty quick to fire as well. Am very happy with it.
Like skt239 says it's def a great deal at that price.
