Sorry if this doesn't belong here, but does anyone know how to get ahold of this company. I've waited going on three weeks now for my order. They haven't responded to any of my emails, phone calls, or fb msg. I'm starting to think they are scammers

I hope they get this straightened out Tacojose. I was seriously considering this offer, but after seeing what you're going through, I think I've made my decision.
 
I would hold off sev7777. There cs is awful. And I just feel like almost 3 weeks is a lot of time to get me my package. It wouldn't be so bad if they would contact me and let me know what's going on. But I have sent 5 emails and called every day this past week and nothing. Awful company.

That's some real crap. I see the post on their website regarding their issues, but still, someone needs to get back to you.
 
Same here. I placed an order on the 7th and have heard nothing. I've sent messages on their website with no response, and I've called them twice and left messages...no response

Edit: Forgot to mention their website is down for "exceeding bandwidth" today too...

Yeah I ordered a 30 ml bottle on july 3rd....nothing yet. And no, they do not answer emails. I did however just check my account on their site and tracked the tracking number that has been sitting at "label created" since the 16th and it looks like its actually been shipped out now. Says itll be here on saturday. I'll withhold any negative comments about tk clouds here because I try to stay positive on this forum. With that being said, my confidence in that company is not too high. Your mileage may vary.
 
Got an email today saying my order is complete, didn't have any shipping information though. Also checked online and the site is back up, hopefully it all works out and we get our juice.

No, but it looks like its not TK's fault. My tracking says (well USPS tracking is down now, but sunday or monday when I checked) that there was some issue with the package and they are handling some situation. I have no idea, perhaps the bottle busted and they saw liquid, which I am sure is a no-no. But the page didnt say.

I got order completed email like 6 days before it actually shipped out. The label was printed on the day it said order completed, I think. You may get yours faster, Im not sure.
 
Anyone have any updates? Last email I received was the "completed" email. Has anyone received their order? Their site has been down since Thursday or Friday of last week. This time it pops up to the web hosting site, so no way to check my account :(

Ive given up. My USPS tracking number still says its processing an exception, from the 25th or 24th, i forgot. Somewhere in Illinois I think. So again, TK was very late but this particular problem is USPS...unless the packaging was bad, but until I know otherwise, USPS is to blame for the current delay.

UPDATE: I just got my package from TK! I guess the USPS resolved whatever issue they had. And, in an effort to make up for the delay (i assume), they sent me 100 MLs of juice instead of the 30 I ordered!

TKClouds: thanks for making it up to me. You guys are alright in my book. Sure, looks like mistakes were made but you guys did your best to make up for it. And that's great for all involved.
 
Did you order on July 4 john c? And I received nine finally after a month of waiting. Every bottle had busted and leaked out. Still an awful company. And if you ordered 30 ml on July 3-4 you got the free 100ml. They were running that special without a coupon.

Jose, wow...okay, if thats true then that mightve just been the special. So maybe it wasnt a "make up" thing but just the deal. Which would be an amazing deal if TK hadnt had so many problems -- 100 Ml for almost 8 dollars with free shipping.

Every bottle busted?? Good grief. I got 1 plastic bottle and it seemed okay, I dont know what caused the delay at USPS.

Agggh...i mean I was trying to not be super negative about the company but....man. My end turned out okay, but I feel for you. It sounds like you ordered multiples. Was ANY of your order salvageable? And the thought crossed my mind that if so many issues arose, I wasn't sure I wanted to trust the product to basically put it into my body. I already id though, the flavor was pretty good and it seemed all okay.

And yes, their site is down also. I assume he/she/they will pop up again soon as another company name altogether, but who knows.

It's made me wary of trying new vendors, thats for sure. But I guess thats the reason I only bought one bottle back on july 3rd.
 
Glad you got your order John! Sucks that yours were all busted Jose. I still haven't heard anything since the order completed email on the 23rd, been a month to the day since I placed the order. The site is back up again, it came back up Tuesday night. It was still down around 9pm central time, but was back up when I checked again an hour later.

they still dont reply to emails. i mean even their gmail account (not reliant on domain working or not)...and i was even being positive in it. TK: reply to your emails!

and my captain crunch juice is pretty solid, actually. im wacky but in the back of my head i was hoping they wouldnt see our negative thread and piss is everyone's juice to get revenge ;P
