I must say that on this forum when someone starts a new member post it is really nice to see so many Staff Members welcoming the new members.
On that other forum sure there were a couple who would welcome new comers but mostly that old fart immediately warning or threatening new members or moving the thread to another section because of an honest mistake. Do they even think of how their actions reflect on the forum? Do they think about how new members get disappointed when that is done?
Oh, wait my bad I said "do they think"! Doesn't that require some level of intelligence? Sorry for the rant I just saw more of the stupidity over there........
