sweet cream and bavarian cream

Whipped Cream will be lightly sweet and lightly creamy
Fresh Cream mostly is creamy and maybe barely sweet
Ice Cream will be heavily creamy and very sweet with a hint of vanilla
Bavarian cream is somewhat similar to ice cream but even more heavy with cooked milk or buttery notes and also depending on what brand you are using, there could be vanilla notes to it as well.

1-3% CAP/TFA Bavarian Cream seems to need a longer steep time to loose it's sharp edge, at least 2 weeks for me.
(The higher you go with it, the more time it needs, kinda like the Custards IMO)
1-3% CAP/TFA Sweet Cream is way less fussy.
