Tank and coil issues

I have the Invader mini by Heatvape and the Sense Herakles sub ohm tank. The IM is notorious for connection issues but easy to fix by screwing the tank onto the mount first then screwing the mount on. Recently, it started saying the atomiser was open so I figured I'd rescrew the tank on and the connection problems would be fixed. However, the tank randomly sticks to the mount and can't be unscrewed from it, and other times the mount sticks to the mod and only the tank can be unscrewed. I'm afraid to put WD-40 on it since it might completely kill the mod. Does anyone have any suggestions to make it not stick?

My second question is concerning my current coil. It's fairly new and has been working perfectly, but recently I've been getting really harsh burnt tastes. This started when I put in a certain type of juice(70/30 mix). With other juices it tastes fine and no problems, so is it my coil or is the liquid just poor quality? Thanks for any answered provided.

When screwing down your vape gear you just need to get it finger tight.Keep in mind it's just vape gear not a space station.

The burnt taste could be caused be overuse or too much VG. If you're the type who breathes more vapor than air, try to just set it down for a good 15-20 seconds in between puffs. Also, try taking a small dry hit before hitting the button, as this sometimes helps to pull more juice into the coils. As far as the ratio, 70/30 should be fine for the vast majority of tanks. Really and truly (although I don't recommend it) you're fine with 100% VG in a tank as long as you give it a good minute between hits to saturate. Finally, if you have adjustable airflow (not familiar with the set up) you should consider restricting it slightly. This will also help pull juice into the coils. Anyway, I hope I could help, and best of luck with your sticking issue!
