Hey guys i am posting to ask about which tanks you guys would suggest for the Eleaf ijust 40w tc mod, I've been looking around so far the Aspire Cleito looks like a good choice but what would you guys suggest?
I enjoy mouth to lung vaping and use the same tank set up as her on an IPV D3 and Istick 60tc, and honestly never experienced that on any of the 4 coils we've used in the last 4 months.I was looking at the artic but someone said that hit has a machine oil taste.
Crown 1.2 ohm coils are rated 10-30 watts. 10 watts won't fire the .5 or .25 coils, but I still find 40 watts adequate for those. There is also a .15 Ni200 coil specifically for TC, but I don't know how well it works with this mod. Maybe I'll try it and see. Word of warning...crown coils can taste like ass for a bit when brand new. That goes away quickly though and then they're great. Break them in slowly and they last at least 2 weeks.Would it be possible to start vaping the uwell crown around 10-15 watts since it will be my first time using a box mod an i don't wanna choke my self lmfao
I don't know anything about that tank...I'm sure someone on here does though. Check around in the subtank forum for related threads. So would i not be able to use the Aspire Cleito ?
The Ni200 coil seems to work just fine on the istick 40 TC. Set to 275 for me. Keep in mind that this coil is specifically for TC and must be vaped in that mode. All other crown coils are stainless steel and can be vaped in power mode also. But I'm not sure the SS coils would work with the istick in TC.Many people say crown coils don't work at 40 watts, but I have vaped them successfully at 40. I'm getting ready to try the Ni200 coil on the 40 TC now. I'll let you know how it works.
The description I found says .05 to 1 resistance in TC or .15 to 3.5 resistance in wattage mode, so you should be good.Alrighty cause im purchasing my stuff in about a week, it says the istick can fire down to a .5 ohm coil so any other suggestions would be great
I am also fairly new and I have no experience with an Arctic. If you can get the search function to work ( I have trouble with it on my phone) I know lots of people have talked about that one.I'm still fairly new to all this, Would you recommend the Artic ?
What site are you buying from? Also the site im purchasing it from has a drop down list of tanks you can get with it as a combo, I don't think they would sell me a tank with the mod if it wouldn't work but i could be wrong
If Gearbest is Chinese, be prepared to wait a long time for it to ship. The Chinese pretty much are shutting down for a long holiday. Nothing will move for awhile. If MyVaporStore is shipping from the US, I'd order there and pay shipping. I'm not knocking the istick. I do like it. I tend to use my evic a bit more and go to the istick while the other is charging.http://www.gearbest.com/temperature-control-mods/pp_204286.html www.myvaporstore.com has about the same price but gearbest is free shipping
The Evic is usually on sale for 35 or so, but it does need a battery purchased separately. It's a good one, but I'm sure the istick 40 will work for you also if you need to keep it under 30.I'll take a look at the evic
Especially if you use coils between .5 and 1.2 ohms. The Evic is usually on sale for 35 or so, but it does need a battery purchased separately. It's a good one, but I'm sure the istick 40 will work for you also if you need to keep it under 30.
The cubis does look tempting. I think the higher ohm coils (1.5) would work. A lot of the other subtank coils require at least 40 watts. But, I do find the crown .5s ok on the istick. I would go with the Cubis or Crown, if it were me. I've never used the Cubis, but it does have a Clapton coil available, which is interesting. Never tried one, but heard a lot about them. Lots of people like them. It's just a different style of wire wrapping, but it's supposed to be flavorful. Everybody has a personal preference, though.http://www.myvaporstore.com/Joyetech-Cubis-Tank-p/joye-cu10.htm seems like a great choice
You'll like that tank. It has good performance under 40w and the coils last a good while. It's very new user friendly.http://www.myvaporstore.com/Joyetech-Cubis-Tank-p/joye-cu10.htm seems like a great choice
I have been using my Crown for around 8 months. .5 ohm coil at 35-40w depending on mood and flavor of juice. Tastes great to me. Higher makes too hot of a vape. I like just a medium amount of vapor, and keep the airflow about half closed, works great.Alrighty cause im purchasing my stuff in about a week, it says the istick can fire down to a .5 ohm coil so any other suggestions would be great
