Taste vs Ohms

Experienced the same bad result recently with 2 new to me recipes vaped in different tanks at different ohms. Recently made HICs Blueberry Muffin and my daughters love it in their Aerotanks at 1.5 ohms. This past week I made HICs Creamcycle and filled a tank for my daughter and first taste she said " mmmmm that good, tastes like a candy". I took a few hits from her device and yes, really tasty but maybe needed to reduce the Mandarin a little.

So I made a large bottle, cleaned and rewicked one of my Billow tanks, dual coil at 0.5 ohms, and tried the BB Muffin. YUK. Same result with the Creamcycle. YUK

How could it be so different in different tanks? Solutions?
1. Recipe modifications?
2. Build 1.5 ohm coils and dedicate a Billow?
3. Get an Aerotank and premade coils?
4. Forget the recipe?

I hate to give up

What percentage flavor were you using? VG/PG ratio?

I find that juices that taste great in setups like the billow are tasteless in setups like an aerotank. Do you normally get the same flavor in both setups?

What kind of mod are you and your daughter using. Try matching your watts to your daughter's.

I get better flavor from cheapo tanks with above ohm coils and 8watts, MTL at 70PG/30VG though.
Make my own contact coils 30awg Kanthal, 7-8 wraps on a 1.5-1.7mm drill, and KJD Cotton.
Basically a PT2 Clone, (Anyvape Davide with Kanger Airflow Controller).
Tried a few Sub Ohm setups but didn't care for them myself as all my recipes were better with the old setup.
Didn't want to have to redo my recipes to work in a different system besides.
But a second tank for certain recipes is a good idea I think.

OK lets go basic.. Juices taste and vape different in different atomizers and with different builds. Otherwise Flavor chasing as a concept would be a waste of time. Flavor chasing isn't about how many bottles you have it's about getting the most from A bottle.
Heck the build of the coil, the design of the atomizer and amount of power you apply, can even determine the required nicotine and PG/VG ratios. Why wouldn't these affect flavor?

It's VG/PG not PG/VG

Taking the resistance itself as a direct factor for flavor is a mistake.
It about the size and circulation of the vapor inside the chamber, amount of airflow, coil(s) material, build, size, id, surface area, mass and it's positioning within the deck.

The ONLY thing resistance determines is the wattage output when voltage is applied.. and the battery needed to handle the amp load.

Flavor and clouds are more affected by the physical characteristics of a build (not just the coil) and the way it interacts with the air flow and volume of air within the chamber of the atomizer when the power is applied.
