Temp battery storing question

I have 3 Samsung 25rs atm and when I received them they came in small cardboard boxes. Can I keep my batteries stored in here (after charging, when not in use) until my battery case comes in the mail? Thanks in advance!!

Or you can take one of your new batteries to your local pharmacy and purchase some pill bottles to put them in.

I used to always keep mine in those little rectangular boxes, till I got some battery cases. Now I buy batteries either from illumn.com or liionwholesale.com, and they throw in a battery case with every pair ordered.
