The whole steampunk aesthetic it has going on isn't very common among regulated mods, so you probably won't have much luck finding something very close to it as far as that goes. I can point you toward a few decent options though. If you could let us know what kind/size of tank she's using and the wattage she normally runs at it'd help to narrow it down some. Also, what are you looking to spend?
For smaller atties(23mm and under) try the iStick Pico. Highly regarded mod, single 18650 battery and a max of 75 watts.
The new Smok Alien has been raved about recently. Dual 18650, max of 220 watts with good temp control and a nice screen layout. Also very small for a dual 18650 mod, but can take up to a 24-25mm atty without overhang.
The IPV5 is a good all around choice. Dual 18650, 200 watts. A little bigger than the last two.
The Hohm Wrecker G2. Not the prettiest thing in the world(matter of opinion of course), but it's a good performer, very reliable. Dual 18650, 171 watts maximum. Also on the larger side, but thin so it fits the pocket well. Not many places carry them anymore, but Vaporcube has them for a good price with a coupon code.
On the more expensive side, the Hcigar VT75 Nano is a very small single 18650 mod with a maximum of 75 watts. It uses the DNA 75 board, so the temp control is outstanding. It can take up to a 24mm atty with no overhang.
Without getting too crazy on the price, that's all I can think to recommend off the top of my head. If you could let me know a little more about how how she vapes I may be able to come up with a few more. Hope this helps.
