Damn, what a sucker punch of a line! The 100 is a show permeated by death, but this was a particularly sad episode with a lot of weight given to the loss constantly surrounding these people.
There were some compelling aspects of Bellamy’s quest to save two random Arkadians (RIP, “Mark” and “Paul.” No doubt your dear friend Riley will mourn you most of all), though there was a bit of cheesiness to it too. The idea that we never saw them was interesting, but sometimes the actual panicked voice we heard felt a bit much given the “random guy” of it all, even as Bellamy’s quest to save them felt genuine.
