An Update for VU, for those of us who ordered a big dripper:
My name is Ben Cabie and I am one of the Co-Founders of Grand Vapor Station. This is in regards to your pre order of the Big Dripper by Sub Ohm Innovations. You may have heard the news regarding the creator of the Big Dripper, Cale getting arrested. Attached is the official statement by Sub Ohm Innovations regarding the incident and production of the Big Dripper.
We have spoken to the Co-Owner of Sub Ohm Innovations and he has assured us that production of the Big Dripper is in full swing and is still on schedule for Oct 1 and may possibly be finished earlier. We will definitely keep you updated on any future developments.
It is an unfortunate event but we are hoping everything works out for Cale. We don't know full details but having gotten to know him over the past couple months, we can say that he has always been nothing but humble and down to Earth.
We understand that some people may be uncomfortable with the situation and will honor any refunds should you choose to. Sub Ohm Innovations created a great product and we are confident you will like it. There is nothing like it on the market that performs as well as it does. We saw one post in a forum where someone said it offers the convenience and flavor of a Kayfun with the performance and clouds of a dripper and from our experience, that sums it up. Add to it the unique serial number system where you can verify its authenticity and the lifetime warranty for manufacturer defects and the Big Dripper is hard to beat.
