Was wondering if anyone had any links to buy all the supplies I need for first time DIY as cheap as possible, money is to tight and if continue buying eliquid at the shop or online my vaping days are cut short.

At bare minimum you need nic from online - buy the largest you can afford - just google it.

PG and VG can be had at a lot of retail stores on the cheap, so you can buy small quantities as needed without waiting for mail and it will probably cost a lot less than having it mailed

Recycle your old juice bottles

You can measure by the drop if you are truly strapped for cash and can't afford inexpensive droppers that measure by the ml, which can also be had cheaply from pharmacies

Bull city vapors is cheap for flavorings, but there are plenty of other inexpensive options out there

Others may know differently, but IME, no one single place has everything you need for the lowest price - especially if every penny counts

I buy most of my DIY supplies from BCV, and ECX. I get nicotine from Nicotine River and VG/PG from the Essentials Depot.

Buying cheap means...
Buying in volume
Buying when vendors have sales (often around holidays)
Buying utilizing Vendor discount codes.

Links? Here ya go..

To keep costs down head over to the recipe forum and pick out two or three recipies that sound good to you and just buy the flavors to make those recipes. I guess what I'm saying is make a shopping list and stick to it. There are so many flavors out there it is easy to get overwhelmed and start clicking on things because it sounds interesting. Then later add more flavors as you get a feel for what is working and what is not.

Bull City discount - VU6 for 6% off
ECX is UNDERGROUND10 for 10% off

I've been getting my PG and VG from Essential Depot. I got free shipping by ordering a gallon of each in one of their combo deals. You can get those in lots of options, too.

Nic - Vaperstek, ECS, RTS, ChemNic, Nicotine River (they have great deals of FlavourArt flavorings too)

Flavorings, I generally buy from Bull City. If I need to go elsewhere I hit ECX.

+1 for ecigexpress. The prices are awesome. They carry nicselect and it's about the best bang for buck. Also make sure to buy it in 100mg strength. With free shipping over 65$ and 10% off i rarely shop elsewhere. The only downside is they run out of stock often. Other than flavors, nic, and vg/pg all you need is a syringe. You can use a measuring cup with ml markings on the side to mix in if you have one. If not they have plastic granulated cylinders they work well. Ohh and for the syringe cover the markings with clear tape they rub off super easy.

Oh... and I mix by weight instead of volume. Fewer supplies needed, easier clean up. I got a pocket calculator from Amazon for $15

Horizon Ds-19 Digital Pocket Scale, Precision Jewelry Scale, 500g By 0.01g
And much faster than mixing by volume!!! No messing with syringes, or measuring cylinders, which you'll have to clean afterwards. Just put your bottle on the scale, add flavors, add PG (if needed), add Nicotine base, add VG, close bottle, shake, that's it.

Thank you guys for the input. I'm saving all these sites to my diy folder and check each one on my day off.

Two things to avoid skimping on: flavorings and nicotine.

Bad nic will ruin everything you make, so it's entirely wasted money.
Better to have a few really great flavorings you can enjoy than a huge collection that's all mediocre.
I learned that from experience. Eventually.

Buying in great volume gives you a lower per ml cost,
but if you can't afford gallons and liters,
get smaller quantities of good quality. Life's too short for crappy vapes. :)
