I absolutely agree. What ever the reason, it is piss poor customer service and unethical to charge your card and then sit on the funds for 10 plus days before releasing your goods. I really like a lot of the Purilium flavors, but I am just not that picky of a vapor that I couldn't easily stick with all of the other flavors in can get from suppliers like BCF and mix up some damped good juice! Something just sounds wrong with all of the recent shipping delays and excuses.

I’m gonna email them tomorrow. Maybe they’ll make mine a priority then. You’re right though, sounds fishy. I see people in fb groups posting pictures of their orders and mine hasn’t even shipped? Doesn’t make sense.

I know this doesn't help anyone but, I ordered FRI-24th. It shipped MON-27th. It arrived THU-30th.

I can only imagine they were swarmed that whole weekend. That said, how f'n long does it take to catch up? It's like their packing staff went on strike or something.

Not sure it would have mattered, as my order from Mon the 27th hasn't shipped yet and I just got this reply:

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused! All orders from the 24th have been fulfilled and now all orders from the 25th will be shipped out today and tomorrow and any orders after that from the sale will be fulfilled from that point on! I will do my best to get your order shipped out asap! Thank you so much for your understanding and patience in advance!

Did anyone else find this this odd sounding for big company like Nic River. A one man shipping department? What happens if he is sick or on vacation?

Yeah, that is baffling. The dates in that message dont make sense either. Like I posted before, I ordered the 24th. They are finally wrapping the rest of the orders from that day? I'm curious about what's happening with them. But we probably will never get strait answers. I consider myself lucky with this whole fiasco.

I ordered my VG from amazon, prime yadda yadda yadda. Most of my stuff is experiments that came out better than hoped, love it all. Thanks though.

I should have mixed my Tobacco Blends but never got to it so it is a good thing I won a bottle of RY4 Score a Tobacco Blend I created for a contest for Vape Bros

I'm trying it now and it tastes like astronaut ice cream (which isnt a bad thing lol). I dont know if you guys have tasted dehydrated ice cream but I love it.

Rainbow Candy is the SHIZNIT!!!! Mixed it at 5% at first but 6% turned out to be perfect for me. Now I'm ready to start thinking about how to get creative with it.
