For me it all depends on the juice and the device I'm vaping at the time. My Cinnamon Red Hot stays in a Kanger Aerotank Mega with a very tight draw so it's mostly just mouth hits. The way I mix the juice would be way too strong for a lung hit. On my Sub-Tank Plus it's usually a mouth to lung hit with an occasional direct to lung, and on my new dripper it's almost always a straight lung hit. Lots of variables for me.
Full long lung hitter here. Usually a good 3+ second pull with most of the airflow open... Nice thick dense flavorful vapor production. Of course that also depends on your nic level ( I use between 1 - 2.5 %) and the flavor profile.
Yea if using 24 nic, that shit would knock a dinosaur on his ass. I can barely hit 3 mg and those are little 2 second hits... Good news is we all started in higher nic range (18 - 24) and as your equipment is upgraded, your nic will naturally decrease because you will find the more advance gear is much more efficient in nicotine delivery.... My lungs are fried . Been smoking for 45 years . I went to vaping six years ago and vaped for around fore years and went to smoking cigars . Now with the new stuff that's out I have just gone back to vaping so it is taking that much to get the hit I am looking for . Going to place a order today and knock it down to 18 and go from there . I hear ya man. I was on the stinkies for 30 years and thought I could never break away from them. Vaping opened up a whole new world for me and as I have progressed, my nic levels have decreased and I am now more hooked on the flavor and vapor production than the act nic ( well mostly anyway.). What kind of gear are you using may I ask? When I first started, I too was at 24 mg. Once I got into higher producing equipment, I found it very easy to begin dropping my levels down. Many days I can vape 0 mg but after about 3 days of that, I have to have a little bit or I get kinda edge and nasty lololol.. Still not a bad trade off
Well I just stated back vaping like 18 day's ago but I ordered a Kbox form China and did not think it was ever going to get here but it did after 25 day's with some juice that I knew I liked from before . I had all ready ordered a Subtank and was just waiting for the order . I am very pleased with this new set up . I can vape on it for a short time them go around a hour before I have to hit it again . I love to vape so I am going to stick with it this time and not run out like I did last time that stated me to smoking cigars . I was a two pack a day smoker before all this to start with .
EDIT: I just got to get my nic levels down now .
So TheVapingDevil , are you mixing your own juice now ? That is what I want to get into next . I'm really hooked this time .
Thats some good gear to use. You will find the efficiency of the Subtank and the kbox will have your nic levels down very quickly. Good luck my friend
Yes Flench, I am mixing my own juice now. I found that I was using alot of juice once I broke into the subohm vaping world. Also many of the juice found in my local stores was pretty much shit. I did alot of research here on VU and dove in and started. It is actually very enjoyable to mix your own juice and being able to tailor your nic level as you see fit is also a great advantage.

Ah yes, the nicotine mixing post. I did read that and I saw that someone had answered before I was able to. The calculator works great once you understand what its tell you. If you are using 100MG nic, the calculation is very easy. Take your desired level and multiply by the volume and divide by 100 MG. So 24MG X 30 ML = 720 / 100 MG will be 7.2 ML. Now keep in mind this is not in addition to the 30 but a component that makes up the 30 ML. I use a VG based Nic so the 7.2 would be part of that portion. If my mix called for 24 ML of VG, the calculator would tell me to use 16.8 of VG and 7.2 of Nic. That would give me the 24 ML of VG along with my 7.2 ML of Nic. Hope that helps.

It is pretty easy once you break it down but at first I gets confusing. I too had issues trying to figure out how it was coming up the values... Sometimes we just gotta leave it for a bit and come back with a fresh mind and many times it makes more sense later.
