Director Rick Famuyiwa has reportedly dropped out of helming The Flash, Warner Bros.' solo movie of DC Comics' Scarlet Speedster.
According to Variety, it "is unclear why the Dope director left the film, but this now marks the second helmer to exit the pic following Seth Grahame-Smith’s departure earlier this year. Warner Bros. had no comment on the news."
THR, however, claims it was "creative differences" between the studio and Famuyiwa, adding, "the Dope director’s vision of making a movie with more edge clashed with the studio’s take."
