So, is it just me, or is gearbest a really shitty site? I stay up till 2 am to nab a bunch of gear on their flash sale, only to realize, after submitting my order, that they charged me full price. A $40+ overcharge. What the fuck?? We'll see what response I get from the support ticket I sent, but why the hell don't they at least offer the ability to cancel an order after it is placed?

Screw Gearbest. - took 3 months to get my package(s) - they split my order into 3 different packages. all took forever. and was still missing items, they are unwilling to do anything to make up for it. not even credit to their site. i paid extra for tracking info, which they only provided for one of the 3 packages. TERRIBLE COMPANY !!!

Ya, I agree, terrible company! Their response was to blame it on currency exchange (?!?!?), and they want to cancel my order and send my refund to their wallet system. Makes me wonder if their "flash sales" are set up specifically to defraud a certain percentage of their customers this way. And honestly, it makes me wonder about the ethicality of Joe's blog, considering how much he hawks the site...
