Yes! Too small to put a butt out in, but they were there. I never saw one as big as that picture. Is AI at work again?

There's all those hippies again... as if. And why are they lined up going AWAY from the photographer?

Maple seeds! The hours I spent throwing those things up in the air!

FIVE channels? Must've been a big city. We only got three, plus PBS.

Who remembers this cool somewhat educational toy

My dad got me a Visible Horse, which I put together, bone by bone, then painted all the veins and arteries on his clear plastic skin. SO COOL!

I still have my mom's, and I still use it every Christmas when I make Swedish spritz cookies. Mine is totally manual, and small, not like the one in the picture, but it does the same thing. :)

A head of iceburg lettuce!

BALING hay. SMH... Being a girl, I never did, but Rich spent several summers bucking hay when he was young, and now he's paying for it. His back is so screwed up, he can hardly walk.

Seriously? It's a slip. A half-slip to be precise. Who comes up with these? You can't tell me women don't wear slips anymore. Well, if they're wearing a dress, that is.

Oh, here are slips. Still selling them: https://www.amazon.com/Best-Sellers-Women's-Half-Slips/zgbs/fashion/1045016

My mum had one. I use to look at the pictures every time I was at their home. Unfortunately, haven't seen it since around four yrs ago when we did the emergency move of mum. Really wish I knew where it is at; it had a picture of me and our German Shepherd looking out the front window together. Its a cute picture as I was just a little girl, German was so very pretty and such very good doggie.

Just a little story of German.....

Mum or dad told me this, as I do not have any memories of her (except for the pic). One day German was in the backyard doing whatever, she decided she didn't want to be outdoors or in the backyard. She learnt how to open the gate, so she unlatched the gate, went around to front of the house and proceeded to ring the doorbell several times. She patiently waited at the front door until someone opened the door. What a very good doggie :)

2 out of the 6. The wing window and the high light brights push thingie. I do miss both of these. As it was so simple to push the bright light when warning of a cop to passing vehicles.
If there was an 8 track in a parents vehicle, I don't remember seeing one. I just remember cassette players.

Anyone know?

May be an image of text

I've seen one of those somewhere, but I have no clue what it is.

May be an image of text that says 'If you remember the milkman dropping off glass X bottles at dawn, you remember a world that ran on trust.''If you remember the milkman dropping off glass X bottles at dawn, you remember a world that ran on trust.'

It's sad that the trust went outta things like this

The milk TASTED better in those glass bottles with the little foil lined cardboard tops. Our milkman would always leave us day-old cottage cheese and cheddar for our dogs. We had German Shepherds and they LOVED that milkman. I think it was the cottage cheese. ;)

After they stopped delivering milk and dairy products, my dad repurposed the Alpenrose Dairy delivery box into an outdoor dog food feeder. He could pour most of a 50 pound bag of kibble in there, and the dogs learned to lift the lid by putting their nose under the small overhang on the lid and pushing their head in to eat. They could eat when they wanted, and the kibble always stayed dry. The dogs really missed their cottage cheese, though.
