Hey guys, doing a super quick review of an episode I didn’t see until nearly a week after it aired due to New York Comic Con!
There were highlights throughout “Dead Man Walking”, especially when Gail, while speaking fondly about Gordon (yep, that was it for Will Ferrell, which is genius) only to reveal he was actually a racist, rage-filled drunk with body odor issues. And Carol’s drawings of Tandy’s “death” were adorable, complete with her oh-so cinematic choice to get closer and close to his corpse.
Still, it was hard not to feel that the episode was inevitably leading to Tandy being let back in the group and everything pretty much returning to how it was in Season 1, albeit with a beautiful beach setting and a fancy Malibu house. And maybe that’s still the case, but in the meantime…
