@Roxy, I will not say I told you so, but I did mention it! "Even with the airflow turned down, it is still airy draw" is exactly what I had a feeling would happen. It would be great to have a set of inserts with different diameter holes, starting at 1.5 mm or so.

Well, it was never meant to be a Kayfun draw, but it can m2l. The chances of accessories are going to be slim with the regs closing in. And they would need to be able to sell 2000 of something to justify making it. Vendors don't even want to stock replacement glass.

I didn't get a chance to play with the Alleria for long - I PIFed it to a vaper in dire need - but have another one coming from FT

The flavor on it was almost too intense compared to Boreas

How do you think the Merlin compares flavor-wise?

Sat mine on it's side after you posted this, been a hour and left juice control and air flow fully open laid on it's side, not even a sign of any moisture at all, might actually be the 1st tank I am not scared to have sat on it's side :)

I will LOVE that -

I tend to be clumbsy and careless (don't mean to be but...) with my vape gear and it's my biggest problem with RTA

Got mine in today ooo8
All I can say is WOW!!
Built a 26GA 8wrap 2.5mm coil
After two tanks no leaks no leaks laying on its side nor any other way
Air flow wide open with air regulator removed juice control 1/4 open
no dry hits chain vaping from 15 watts to 40 watts
with regulator installed air flow can be a loose MTL

This could become my favorite tank

I think all 3 have excellent flavor. I can't say I've ever had better flavor from Alleria than the other 2, although other people have, like yourself, so maybe I'm the wrong one to ask, lol!

I see your point one at least 2000 units to cover production costs, it makes a lot of sense. That being the case, can we find out the outer diameter and threading of the "plug". I will just have to make one if I find the air flow too open for my taste. Granted, I'm still waiting for my Merlin, but just in case. ...

What you could do is put something in it maybe to reduce the diameter. Maybe a piece of tubing

got it !!!
just took her for a bath the coil is 3mm id . 4 wraps of 32 gage twisted . 1.24 ohms .
cotton wicks .... very easy to coil and wick . excellent flavor . jfc halv open afc 3/4 open .
with the insert in perfect air flow for me . even layed her on its side ... for halv an hr now and no sign of any wetness .
our girl has outdone her selv...well done !
just unscrewed her and ...no wet feet ...serial number is 0002 !!
everything I expected and more ..be proud roxy .
correction I meant 4 strands twisted .

I thought the notched coils were Gimmicky when I 1st saw them.
But I put it in; vaped; and ordered 10 more.
Mine read 0.19 on the 521 Tab build station and ramped up instantly at 3.8V.
