Want to take a moment to thank everyone who got me and @315jessie in contact! The VV Tripple took its first fall today from about 10 feet and survived with no cracks anywhere. The little shelf I set my mod on when I'm spraying powder moves whenever someone goes up or down the steps and sometimes stuff falls. Just what I was looking for in a tank for my Aegis!
My setups for today...pretty much the same. I only have about 25ml of Frozen Unicorn Vomit left out if 500ml, so I will have something new soon. Apple Strudel in the Jackaroo and a Strawberry Cream Cake in the Aegis 100w.

The Jackaroo is Black Obsidian. And I agree, it has some weight to it, kind of like the Aegis 100w. My 100w has hit the floor more times than I can count, dropped in a swimming pool, and in a powder coating booth 5 days a week for over 2 years and other than some battle scars in the paint it works just as good as the day I took it out of the box!I’m glad it survived. I’ve got the same mods. Is that Jackaroo in the Blue Python? That is super heavy for a single cell mod, though. But I think it’s an Indestructible Beast, too.
I’m liking the Solo for an everyday mod now. If I drop it, nothing’s going to happen. Except to the tank.
The tank on the Jackaroo tank looks like it MIGHT survive a fall with a thick vape band, but IDK. I have a Juggernaut with an 6ml Ultem tank, which should be just as durable as the VV Tripple, which I'm going to use on one of my "indestructible" mods. I also have a KF 5.2 RTA on the way which has a metal tank option.

Has anyone seen the new SQ Topside? I'm torn on this one, from the pictures I'm not a fan of that fill cap on the top, on the other hand not having to remove the bottle is nice. I'm just not sold on it

I saw that; not sure about it either. It's currently sold out so it wasn't an issue. Currently I'm focused on things that won't break after the Vapocalypse (deeming regs).
In stock as of a moment ago, but yeah....just not sure. @Vaping With Vic showed it in a sneak peek video and the squonk tube had one helluva bend in it to the 510, going to wait for some reviews

I had ordered an Aegis Mini online about six months ago and got sent a Legend instead. I broke it out last week for the first time and the battery life wasn’t great, plus it’s bulky.
I’m not doing rebuildable tanks yet, except for a Recurve that Mr.Meowgi piffed me with some of his coils. I’m trying hard not to have to change anything for a while!

Good question. Having just bought an SQ217, that was at the top of my list. I'm seriously thinking about several more VV Pulse BF squonks. They're pretty reasonable now and they're a good little squonker, easy to maintain or toss if I can't fix it. I love high end stuff but I'm thinking about when the regs kick in. They may not, but I don't want to be on the wrong end of that bet.
IMO a well maintained mech whether it's high end or not will last a very long time.
Thankfully we don't have the FDA to worry about up here, it does concern me though as our government likes to follow the U.S' lead on so many policies.
In the meantime if the worst case does play out down there I can make semi regular runs across the boarder for my friends

I don't like the mini. I vape usually around 60-80w on average and it kills a little mod like the mini. It's just not built for it.

I never got the Mini, so I don’t know. I won’t buy internal cell mods now. I have two OBS Cubes from 6-7 months ago that I really like, but I don’t think I’ll replace them if/when they die.

I wasn’t sure if Molicells work better. I’ve got to buy some 21700 for my Jackaroo. I honestly can’t open the battery door on the Legend!

So are you charging rhe batteries through the Legend's USB? I know the latch mechanism is really tight, but it really has to be to stay waterproof. I have trouble with it at times. I hate screwing and unscrewing the battery cover on the Jackaroo...It hurts my fingers. It feels too small for my fingers or the shape just lines up weird on my fingers..I never got the Mini, so I don’t know. I won’t buy internal cell mods now. I always try to use the biggest battery possible with any mod I use to get the best performance out of it. I keep extra sets of 21700, 20700, 26650, 18350, and 18650 batteries in addition to what is in each of my mods.

That USB that the Legend has, what a pain in the wazoo. It’s up top, prolly because they figure no one will use it!
The Jackaroo was tight but I can do it. I just need 21700’s for it.
The Legend was sorta ill fated for me. I didn’t order it and it was on sale (for what I paid for a Mini) but it looked like a return, with a beat up kind of box.
I’d order another Jackaroo, and another Solo (to bring it up to three AS that I have) but not sure if I’d get another Legend.
I may be getting a Gen mod, though.
I'm really intrigued by this one. Gonna have to wait a bit though. I'm vape budget broke.
I hear a lot of good reviews on the Gen mod. My next mod, I hope, will be one of the two Aegis I don't have....the Aegis X or the Aegis Sqonk.
