Its pretty easy to do... Install some coils at .12 or .13Ωs... slap a fresh battery in... take your DMM leads and put them on the posts of your RDA of choice... fire the mod. DMM will read something like 3.5v-3.85v
EDIT: There is atomizer loss, but unless you're running an Occula or Terk VS-hit, you should see some decent numbers
