I believe our vape styles are very similar. Since I started using almost only single battery mechs it only made sense to me to try different single coil rda's and discovered I'd prefer to be a flavor chaser over clouds. Battery life and juice consumption also greatly improved with the switch which were never the primary reasons but ended up being a nice bonus compared to my old 0.08 builds of a year ago.

That said I still have a few tube mechs for when I feel like fogging up the house.

It depends with the Entheon and which top cap you use. The hadeon cap I use restricts it to my liking, the regular cap is airier, but still slightly restricted. The Citadel is a lot like the Entheon with the Hadeon cap all of the time, but is also a shorter top cap so you're closer to the coil. The KRMA I'd consider slightly restrictive. Like Donbaldy said it's also subjective.

Gadget sold me a tube mod and I tried to open the battery cap, and it fell off and won’t stay on. Could I have broken it or something? It’s magnetic. ??!!

Well this is the first I've heard of this. If there is a problem I am more than happy to give your money back.
I would like to see the problem though.
That was practically a brand new mod and the way the AV Able is made I don't see how the battery cap could fall off.

It sounds like a simple fix. It sounds like you unscrewed the switch.
Easy to do if you've never had one of those mods.

I have another one, tomorrow I will take it apart and PM you some pictures and instructions on how to put it back together.

I was going to put a battery in, and unscrewed it and it didn’t want to go back together. It’s really pretty, though. Sigh, I suck at this.

Thanks, I couldn’t remember what it was called. It’s really cool looking though. I’ll figure it out, it just made me think I messed it up somehow! A video would help a lot.

The very bottom part is the switch, if you unscrewed that all the way the nut part of the switch is inside of the mod.
Unscrew it where the sleeve meets and you will find the nut that holds it together.
Be very careful with the magnets, if they snap together it's very possible they will break.
When you are putting it back together make sure the magnets are opposing each other, that's what makes the switch work acting like a spring would.

The switch is designed so that when it's screwed up all the way the mod won't fire. You unscrew it slightly to make it so it will fire when pressed.

I have the SXK Entheon clone & I really enjoy it as is. Thanks for the tips on the KRMA & Citadel! If I enjoy the Entheon as is would I also enjoy the KRMA? :)

If you like the Entheon you would probably like the KRMA. If anything the KRMA has just slightly more intense flavor because the top cap isn't as tall as the Entheon and when you set the coil right in the KRMA it's really hard to beat. I have a Legacy by Hussar which was over double the price and actually find the KRMA to be better, the Legacy gets too hot.

I have been on a big Entheon kick lately, it's almost all I'm using.

GDDAMMIT! I'm so over VaporRange. Once, one of my fave vendors, but over the last year, man, they've just stepped their way down. I mentioned I tried getting 3 items from them, 2 were items they no longer carry, so they refunded me those items. I still wanted the 3rd item, small as it was, I was mad that I keep running into OOS items after I've paid for them.

11/19 they send me a tracking number. Over a week later, still no movement, I contact them. They say they will send out new item. Received "replacement" item today and it's wrong. :tantrum:

Sounds like they've gone off the rails entirely. If what they sent you is worth keeping, I'd keep it, and tell them I want my money back on the whole order.

I just got my first Entheon (clone) a few weeks ago from FT. Don't know why I waited so long. Very nice if you're into single-coil flavor RDAs. Quite noticeably taller than the Flave RDA clone that I have, but I can't tell that it suffers at all from the extra space inside the chamber.

I am intrigued by the SXK Krma RDTA that 3FVape has on sale now for $17.99. Haven't had a Krma yet, either.

Impatiently waiting on mail delivery today. Layercake RDA and Half Moon Mods drip tip is out for delivery! The DT is going on a blue Elder Dragon, sitting on a blue splatter Topside dual, if it all matches ok. The DT is blue and gold. (Blue may not match - may look better on black CSMNT.) Totally unrelated to the post I've quoted, just flagging you down really, but want to tell you, I saw all the Rafale coils you just got. If you need another tank, VapeNW still has them in stock, the original, on clearance for $7.49. I think I've seen them somewhere for less than that at some point, but it's still dirt cheap.

Yeah, it really is a bummer. I used to go to them for hard to find items or good deals on things. So many issues lately, it's ridiculous. But doubling their prices for BF sales really took it home.

Oh thanks but yeah, I have a half dozen of them still in their tin cans. I got a couple from Eciggity to start out. They were on clearance for like $5. I later got a SE1 and Crown 2 (all use same styled coils).

IVape Supply had (or still has?)Raf tanks for a buck-fifty so I think I'm set. I got a bunch of older tanks from there for under $3 per.

I was afraid they'd somehow try to rip me off when their site glitched from internet traffic. But they did right by me. I missed out on a bunch of items that went out of stock but oh well.

Layercake RDA is here, built, and in use. I've read some less-than-stellar comments about this atty, and I swear I don't know what that's about.

I put two SS Claptons in it, made with GV 26/38 wire, 3mm, 0.70 ohms, put it on the Basium running at 52W. It has great flavor and produces enough vapor to cloud up the living room. The metal base of the DT gets a little warm, but not uncomfortably so. It has a little ramp-up time if I let it sit and completely cool off, but if I wasn't so impatient I wouldn't even notice that, because it isn't excessive. It is no worse than every single dual-coil RDA I have. Vapor coming out of this thing is luxurious.

If there is a gripe for me, it's the design of the airflow. Air can only be cranked down to about halfway before one side of the inner top cap reveals another "cutout" area that lets air in. I think what I'm running into is the cutout for single-coil air. I would like it better if I could restrict it a little bit more.

I might be a little underwhelmed if I'd paid $60 for it, but damn, for $9.99? Cannot complain at all.

Ended up playing musical atties again, put the blue-gold HMM DT on the black CSMNT clone, and using that on the blue splatter Topside Dual. DT is not as brightly-colored as I expected, but I am reserving judgment because I am here in this dark house. Who knows what color it actually is?

ETA: The longer I vape this Layercake, the better I like it!
