What I loved most about the first expansion for The Witcher 3, Hearts of Stone, was how it it wasn’t afraid to play with its characters or poke fun at itself. It eschewed the serious, often grim storylines of Wild Hunt for situations more reminiscent of an 80’s sitcom than a fantasy RPG, and showed us a lighter side of series hero Geralt.
