Thinking about getting a new mod.

Pretty sure this is the right place.

I'm thinking about getting a new mod. I would like the mod to be at least 200 watts. It doesn't have to have lights but that would be cool. A new tank to go with that mod would be great too! I've currently got the TFV8 baby so I would like something bigger than that. Throw your suggestions at me! Thanks

Depends on how much you want to spend and if you want an rta. SXmini G class with a 30mm Aromamizer is my current daily use. $200-220 mod
I don't have a kaos but I've heard good things about it if you want lights. You can find them for $34-50
Good 3 18650 250w mods include lost vape triade, think vape finder 250 and hcigar vt250. All 3 of those have an evolv DNA250 chip and are around $100-$130
Griffin 25plus or pharaoh and both good and pretty much interchangeable.

1st is the Sigelei Kaos 230W, dual 18650. The light is programmable so you can pick what color you want.
2nd is the Ijoy Zenith. It emits a green light when you hit the fire button. It's a 3x 18650. It's a variable voltage device, not variable wattage. But it hits hard, probably upwards of 300 watts. Those users that have it, have given it very high marks.

I'm not sure if you have the baby beast or the big baby beast. If you like your Smok tanks and want bigger, get the Cloud Beast TFV8 or the Cloud Beast King TFV12.

If you are considering the RX 200, you should look up the EFF Wismec thread here. Then look at the Battlestar. I have the RX 2/3 and the Battlestar. The latter is a better mod, for sure.

Ecig has the gx350 for 49.99 and it comes with the tfv8 cloud beast (not the baby)

Just a guess but the latter probably refers to the 2nd mod mentioned. The battlestar.

Smoant Battlestar would be great for the Baby, but battery life would be a likely issue with the Cloud Beast or King.

I have the 200S. The screen is not that big. Same 0.96" size.

What about a Minikin V2? Doesn't have any Christmas tree lights but comes in a slew of colors and does 200w. Would fit the V8 baby and somewhat compact (shorter that the 2/3). It has a touch screen which actually functions pretty good. Definitely a solid device....only quirk about it is that it will sometimes give you a low battery warning when the batteries are half or less due to battery sag.

2. Big displays. Check out the smok gpriv or asmodus minikin v2. The gpriv looks like a vape mod married to a cell phone. The minikin is a beautiful albeit compact device. Both are around 200w.
3. Beautiful form factor. Check out the tesla nano steampunk. It's heavy and only rated for 120w but has a very cool exterior design. It's highly rated and all users rave about it.
4. Classy design. Not a wow factor, but the mods from lost vape and think vape have leather doors and are very classy looking.

I've done quite a few mod reviews here. Personally, I'd stay away from anything Wismec/Eleaf/Joytech. Especially the newer models. They all use the same 510 and unfortunately it's garbage. I just got the new Cuboid Tap and it looks like it has the same 510 as the Wismec Predator. Here are some links to some reviews I've done here.

Those are some good looking mods. But are they like those catalogs for Russian wives? You know, they look great in the book but when you fly them over and meet them at the airport...

I'm loving my minikin v2. I know some common issues are ohm jumping and random misfires but in my vaping experience, I've never owned a problem free, entry level mod.

For a minute there I thought you linked one of the mods you suggested I stay away from but it turns out I was confused and mixed together Eleaf and Joytech into Ijoy some how. Good reviews though. I'll definitely look more into some of those mods. Thanks for the links!

+1 for Minikin v2 lol. I think i have every mod mentioned minus the new tap. How much are you wanting to spend? If under $60-$80, minikin v2 has been the best mod(in that price range) that I've owned and imo is a step up from smok. I've never had an issue with my minikin v2, not one. If you do physical labor or rough on your mods, I'd get something other than gpriv but it is a nice mod. Envii Loch Ness is great but no flashy lights just a reliable mod. if only between the 2 u listed, then kaos if u do hard labor/rough on mods, gpriv if u work inside and aren't rough on mods; )

I don't do and outside labor with the exception of mowing lawns and stuff like that. I mean I work on my car but I'm careful with my mods. I want the lights from the Kaos but the touch from the G Priv haha.
