Oddly it seems to mostly be Females interested in tips. I am a older guy and I enjoy collecting them too. So... My $25 "Jus the tip" cracked. I am using the tip from the Falcon on the Crown III at the moment. Oddly as well this is a good tip. Not custom but looks it. It is no run of the mill $2 tip either.

See there is a trick for those interested in best performance on a 510. It must be friction fit. Add O-rings and it makes the already tiny hole just to small imo. The thing is, outside of custom friction fit is not often found. Plus this is "pseudo" wide bore. This is the reason modern RDA's have a huge Chuff.

I can only use tanks. So I prefer without O-rings. This does not look bad either. Seriously though I need a custom one of course. You know, my own. So any one making nice ones Str8 style or wide bore style? I do not like Ming vase, also restricted. Jus the tip is not making them as fancy anymore. I like really iridescent stuff. I even dig pink! Thanks

Maybe try Cherry Vape? See if they have anything that suits your needs in their friction fit.

Okay forget that. Downside of Falcon tip is it is too short on the 510. You can easily lose it. Trust me, just look half an hour oops.

Cherry vape is not truly "custom"? I want like some of yours look. Guess back to O-rings. At least they do not fall out. Angel is much nicer IMO. Silly they have to say contains nicotine. Not even a poison. Yet no age restriction on Kromad stuff or whatever it is called. Some people really need ******* and do not abuse it. You never hear those stories though. I see your name on blanks lol. The white Ming is cool. Since it is iridescent.

Problem I had is Stainless "pipe" does indeed make it stronger. Slip-ons do chip.

The Thickness is the outside diameter of the widest point of the tip. I order all of mine in Skinny.

If you order the standard 510 The bores (holes inside the tip) are 5.2 mm with a core.

This should help ... the 3 on the left are AHD... the one on the right is a standard coreless 510 from Fast Tech

What would be nice is a clean titanium 810 tip about 8mm high with 3-4mm thick walls, heat treated with some lovely blue and purple with a touch of orange. Chamfered at the top by 2mm. Maybe 2 concentric grooves along the bottom. Really simple and clean geometry.

I found best kind for me in 510. Very few have inset tiny O-rings. So retain full bore but do not fall out. Lost my friction fit darnit. I loved that little guy.

I have something similar? Multi anodized TI. maybe my most expensive at $85 too. Hey, sorry about wood. I was joking.

Apparently there is a no-no word here. How odd. Not wood related but real medication not for abusers.

Taste old tarnished brass, no thank you lol. SS is good to TI because TI is $$$. You should have no problem finding it if you look. If you want exactly that look up a Machinist with a CNC lathe. Gonna cost you one off. Unless he/she very generous. Acrylic blocks nil. TI billet 1 kg. about $1,200. Still less than Blow haha. No, I do not abuse seriously. I am very against it just joking.

I don't have a ton of tips, mostly the ones that came default with various atties and a few 510's from FT. That was real hit or miss, they don't fit that wonderful (some are loose) and many don't have very thorough descriptions so the internal bore varies a lot. My favorite is the custom tip I got from Lawless. Told him roughly what I wanted in terms of height, worked out the math for the area of the internal bore and chose 9mm. Just slightly more than halfway between most widebore (not wide outer diameter) 510's and typical widebore 810's. Widebore 810s were just too much and ridiculous for me.

I have to aim a little more but it's still wide enough to comfortably drip down the center. Works well for me on either rda's or my manta rta. Standard widebores felt too wide and awkward in my mouth so the slight taper makes it a heck of a lot more comfortable. Really couldn't be happier with it. Usually I'm a cheapskate but paid more for the tip than I did the rta lmao. Still worth it since even though it's overlooked, aside from handfeel of the mod that's the part I repeatedly come into contact with.

They're ok, maybe a tad wide, but I use them every day, for now. I also inherited one from our forever to be missed pal, Hank Spankman. I need to look further at her website than I have. I'd like to know the internal bore of some of the ones I've looked at. Finding the perfect tip HAS to be achievable. I'm not a tight MTLer, and most are mama bear papa bear, for me. I want the baby bear of drip tips.

That's why I reduced the bore of my tip. It doesn't sound like a lot, dropping from around 11.5mm to 9mm but the area drops from 103mm2 to 63mm2. Big difference in area for just a couple mm.

The 5.2mm is perfect for me. I never vape over 30 watts so I get just the right amount of vapor from it without it being too hot.
