I read part of that's; but, it was out of curiosity when I was taking a physics course. I probably got close to half way through it and had to put it down to prep for finals. I never did finish it. :(

Cute non journalism.
NPR!? Geez...talk about biased reporting. Interesting how Kushner's connection
to his felon father's shady business and his own wasn't mentioned..Guess including that might make NPR
seem anti-semitic.

Not best source obviously but Roger Stone made some comment to AJ today that Bannon may be on way out, he hopes not, but there is a high level of tension.

Report: Body of country's first female Muslim judge found in Hudson River
The body of the United States’ first ever female Muslim judge was found Wednesday afternoon in the Hudson River near Manhattan, according to a Wednesday New York Post report.

Witnesses spotted Sheila Abdus-Salaam's body in the river near 132nd Street and Hudson Parkway, police sources tell the Post.

Abdus-Salaam served as an associate judge of the Court of Appeals and was also the first U.S. African-American to serve there.

She had been reported missing earlier in the day, the newspaper reports.

Her husband later confirmed her identity.

Sources tell the Post that there were no visible signs of trauma or physical injuries suggesting foul play.

Trump flips on four policies in one day
54236511.jpg

President Trump on Wednesday flipped to new positions on four different policy issues, backing off of several campaign promises.

In an interview and a press conference, Trump either shifted or completely reversed positions on matters of foreign and economic policy, including how to handle China and the future of the Federal Reserve chairwoman.

Labeling China a currency manipulator

Trump told the Wall Street Journal on Wednesday that China is not artificially deflating the value of its currency, a big change after he repeatedly pledged during his campaign to label the country a currency manipulator.

They’re not currency manipulators," the president said, adding that China hasn’t been manipulating its currency for months, and that he feared derailing U.S.-China talks to crack down on North Korea.

Trump routinely criticized President Obama for not labeling China a currency manipulator, and promised during the campaign to do so on day one of his administration.

anet Yellen's future

Trump also told the Journal he’d consider renominating Yellen to chair the Fed's board of governors despite attacking her during his campaign.

“I like her. I respect her,” Trump said, “It’s very early.”
Trump called Yellen “obviously political” in September and accused her of keeping interest rates low to boost the stock market and make Obama look good.

“As soon as [rates] go up, your stock market is going to go way down, most likely,” Trump said. "Or possibly.”

Export-Import Bank

Trump also threw his support behind the Export-Import Bank, which helps subsidize some U.S. exports, after opposing it during the campaign.

“It turns out that, first of all, lots of small companies are really helped, the vendor companies,” Trump told the Journal. “Instinctively, you would say, ‘Isn’t that a ridiculous thing,’ but actually, it’s a very good thing. And it actually makes money, it could make a lot of money.”

Trump’s support is likely to anger conservative opponents of the bank, who say it enables crony capitalism.

NATO

Trump said NATO is "no longer obsolete" during a Wednesday press conference with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, backtracking on his past criticism of the alliance.

During the campaign, he frequently called the organization "obsolete," saying did little to crack down on terrorism and that its other members don’t pay their “fair share.”

“I said it was obsolete. It is no longer obsolete," the president said Wednesday.

Trump has gradually become more supportive of NATO after it ramped up efforts to increase U.S. and European intelligence sharing regarding terrorism.

Trump still insisted that NATO allies “meet their financial obligations and pay what they owe.” He said he discussed with Stoltenberg his desire that allies put 2 percent of their gross domestic products into defense by 2024.

Former CNN host Larry King says President Trump’s tenure ranks among the most absurd White House administrations of his lifetime.

“He’s not what they make, but I’ve got to admit that so far, this is one of the most ridiculous presidencies I’ve ever seen,” he said Monday on Sirius XM’s “Tell Me Everything.”

King cited Trump’s “crazed” Cabinet appointments as one example of the administration’s alarming trends.

“It’s almost funny,” he said of Scott Pruitt, the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA) administrator. "To run the [EPA], he hires an anti-environment guy.”
“To run the [Department of] Education, he hires someone who doesn’t like education, doesn’t like public schools,” King added of Education Secretary Betsy DeVos. "That’s weird, man.”

I don't necessarily like Larry but when he is right...

He had to flip. You can't be a neocon without selling out on economics, trade and unholy alliances. When he bombed Syria he became a globalist. Or at least, showed he is really just a globalist.

For those giving Trump "the benefit of the doubt", expect more flipping. America first is over. MAGA is over. Fuck Trump.

Putin: Syria Chemical Attack Was ‘False Flag’, More Coming
"They plan to plant chemicals in Damascus and accuse the Syrian government of an attack”.
Steve Watson | Infowars.com - April 11, 2017
Russian President Vladimir Putin has claimed that the recent chemical attack in Idlib province in Syria was a false flag operation, and that more ‘provocations’ are being prepared.

“We have reports from multiple sources that false flags like this one – and I cannot call it otherwise – are being prepared in other parts of Syria, including the southern suburbs of Damascus.” Putin said during a joint press conference with Italian President Sergio Mattarella in Moscow.

“They plan to plant some chemicals there and accuse the Syrian government of an attack,” Putin told media representatives, adding that he has “trusted sources”.

[....]

In addition, the Russian general staff has said that Syrian forces posses no chemical weapons, and that further US Syria strikes will be viewed as unacceptable.

Wow..I just watched a video of Syrian rebels decapitating a coupe of guys.
After watching that I feel like going all hawk and saying NUKE the whole place, they're animals..
I was going to post it but VU has a rule about blood and guts.

Never-the-less, there is foul play: https://milo.yiannopoulos.net/2017/04/chemical-attack-saudi/
Award-Winning Journalist: Syrian Chemical Attack Was Launched From Saudi Base
Award-winning investigative journalist Robert Parry has published an article claiming last week’s chemical attack in Syria was launched not from a Syrian government airfield but, rather, a Saudi-Israel special operations base.

Parry’s article, hosted on ConsortiumNews.com, comes nearly one week after President Donald Trump ordered an airstrike against a Syrian airfield that, at the time, was alleged to have been the launch site for the chemical weapons attack that killed 70 people.

Citing a U.S. intelligence expert, Parry claims The White House is withholding evidence pointing to the Saudi-Israel base as the true source of the drone that carried the chemical bomb.

“According to a source,” he writes, “the analysts struggled to identify whose drone it was and where it originated. Despite some technical difficulties in tracing its flight path, analysts eventually came to believe that the flight was launched in Jordan from a Saudi-Israel special operations base for supporting Syrian rebels.”

According to Parry, the intelligence official further said that “the suspected reason for the poison gas was to create an incident that would reverse the Trump administration’s announcement in late March that it was no longer seeking the removal of [Syrian] President Bashar al-Assad.”

Parry goes on to point out that, if that really was the motive, the operation was successful considering the Trump administration’s current stance towards Assad.
Parry goes on to call into question a four-page report Trump’s National Security Council released to bolster claims of Syrian involvement in the airstrike.

Particularly, Parry takes issue with the administration’s unwillingness to declassify its specific visual evidence for the findings.

He writes, “it is unclear why releasing these overhead videos would be so detrimental to ‘sources and methods’ since everyone knows the U.S. has this capability and the issue at hand – if it gets further out of hand – could lead to a nuclear confrontation with Russia.”

Parry further describes the report as “argumentative in that it assumes that Russian officials – and presumably others – who have suggested different possible explanations for the incident at Khan Sheikdoun did so in a willful cover-up, when any normal investigation seeks to evaluate different scenarios before settling on one.”

Parry is not the only person who took issue with the report.

MIT national security specialist from Massachusetts Theodore Postol did his own analysis and states, “I have reviewed the document carefully, and I believe it can be shown, without a doubt, that the document does not provide any evidence whatsoever that the US government has concrete knowledge that the government of Syria was the source of the chemical attack.”

Postol goes on to describe the evidence cited by the White House for Assad’s involvement as “tampered with or staged.”

The theory stated in the works of Postol and Parry gives credence to concerns raised by many following last week’s attack that the whole thing was a false flag.

It amazes me how so many imbeciles with peach fuzz nuts are willing to believe
anything the gub'min and their propaganda machine spew forth.
That the Obama's healthcare act was written counting on the stooopidity of the beer drinking
sports watching sheeple's inability to understand big words
or research truth totally escapes them.

This time it's the fact that their own wool has been pulled over their pointy heads
that is far beyond the common comprehension.

If not for the intrinsic danger their stoopidity poses for the rest of US
I'd find the imbecile's knack for projection and their belief everyone else should be as stoopid
as them laughable

Having a hard time reconciling truth i see. You are among the delusional. Nobody said trust the govt.. But you delusional people grasp at any conspiracy theory out there and run with it without any fact. Just because someone believes it to be true doesnt make it true.
