The enforcer have priorities. I'm sure judicial review is performed on every deportation so I doubt they are gonna deport someone because they were on foodstamps 3 years ago while recovering from an injury. I'm sure it is being over reported for a couple reasons
- Dems make political hay out of it & use it to garner support & illegal votes
- Administration wants it high profile to reduce incentive to live on the system rather than off it.

For example let's think kiddie porn. If a perp is found to have some kiddie porn he'll be considered a pervert to be watched.

Pat, it doesn't matter what they intend to enforce or not. You're correct that this is being over reported for a couple of reasons.
What matters isn't that it is being over reported or whether the intent to enforce the law won't be blind to individual circumstances
(which of course won't be the case because the law is the law, the law is blind to circumstances and the enforcers all have low IQ's.)
WHAT MATTERS IS that the exaggerated reports are being believed and the people believing the reports
aren't lawyers or likely to apply a fine tooth comb to the law. They are likely to be afraid and reactionary. That's what matters.

I have more recently thought Q might have been set up to frame Trump for running the phenomena the for Mueller investigation.
I've said many times I follow Q. I believe it exists to teach people the importance of critical thinking and promote discussion to get them more able to rely on their own research & opinions and serve as a grass roots patriot backchannel, but I have not determined it's true end game (any more than I have for Alex Jones). Some are so wrapped up in it they are just as lost as those watching CNN and will never question it even when there is obvious disinfo there but over time they develop the skills to be more selective.
Q is really just a much more overt form of the patriot movement that was hidden for years in a loose band of conspiracy theory websites that communicated pieces of the whole picture. If you listened you could hear it. Most missed it completely as they couldn't understand they were hiding behind the conspiracy label and wearing it like a badge of honor but where only sections of the whole and the emphasis would shift between them in a pattern you could follow.
