There is a difference in forcing somebody to bake a gay wedding cake and selling them some ejuice. One is exercising their religious freedom the other is discrimination. If someone can refuse service because of supporting the president why not whites only stores?

Well, the thing is: I have zero trust in our LEO and DOJ - but, I would likely nod a lot.. (It's those last-straws and Unintended Consequences that I am looking for)

The former is usually Health-Department, (or idiots); the latter is sometimes "illegal", and almost always a "Mom & Pop" - although I've no doubt that bad-check naughty-lists could be applied.

Personally, I am of the opinion that Corporate/Franchise shouldn't get the option to Refuse Service (mostly because they can spread all over and 'no one is responsible' in Corporate). For a Mom&Pop, I don't much care - they are pretty-well Darwinian.

Edit: Mind you, I have a huge, bloody, rage-red peeve about the first: in such conditions, bringing yer fucking pets in - on a leash or not - should mandate owner-execution.. And, gee. "service dogs"? Almost never the issue: it's the "service animal in training" or pets that get me.. (They sell FOOD HERE, you morons - why not ride in on yer damned camel or python?)

Personally if you have spent your own money, blood, sweat, and tears to build a bussiness...I think you should be able to refuse service to anybody on any basis your own personal reality sees fit...the market will decide whether or not your bussiness survives or not.

You know I get so frustrated that all these deep state criminals aren't arrested & serving on a chain gang in some far off high security facility yet that I often fail to appreciate the systematic destruction of the left's idealology & every utterly unrealistic thing it stands for as it feeds upon itself in total fear of the inevitable return reality to one day come.

While there may indeed be a generation of irredeemable morons who may never be saved, there will be an entire generation to come that will never allow this insanity to proliferate any further if they have any self respect. We just gotta eliminate common core,get the education system fixed & lock up the nutty professors conspiring to destroy the USA. Hard to believe they ever would have gotten this far with their nefarious plan & Devos doesn't seem to be making any real progress cleaning it up.

<shrug> Maybe the left is tied really tight to Game Of Thrones.. (Although even that one had worked, it was the lack of manpower on the wall that was the issue. Otoh, having Magic sure helps defeat it & them.
