All of these "red" - skip the flag - "laws" need to be flopped on SCOTUS: if we are going to condone further infringement, (and w/o due-process), as well as a house and senate and courts that feel they can blithely ignore the Basic Contract then there is no reason for any citizen to abide by the contract either.

Think it over, boychiks.. Yer writing up checks yer bodies can't cash.

I am not for the other side either.
Voted Libertarian the last few times as a protest vote.
However next time if Trump is the republican nominee I am voting for anyone that has a chance of beating him.
Too much fear and hatred in my country.

So if it comes out that Barack Obama was not born in Hawaii but Actually in Kenya and it is said he will claim Kenyan Citizenship, he would be found to be an enemy combatant masquerading as an American Citizen, then everything he did as President goes away & is no longer legally binding the moment he is Impeached, correct? That would mean the two justices he appointed, Sotomayor & Kagan, would no longer be SCOTUS justices as their Executive Appointment would immediately become invalid as it bears the signature of an imposter pretender to the office. By extension, every case they each heard over their respective Tenures on the court would either be considered invalid & need to be reheard or the decisions and votes they cast on those cases would simply no longer count, correct? That would have the potential to reverse or invalidate a great many decisions of the court, would it not? I truly wonder how all that would be handled.

If you thought their heads would explode if RGB passed away, this would be way too much for them to handle...Trump prophesy says he will name 5 SCOTUS justices and one would pass on the bench and two would have to step down in scandal. I thought Roberts was one of those since he is the head of the FISA court as Chief Justice, but I guess it is really Sotomayor & Kagan.
