Horrowitz is the Justice OIG yes.

The report hat was just issued is a followup addendum to the McCabe Report issues long ago to answer open issues on page 430.

The Comey Report was completed and has been circulated amongst the principals for guidance & revisions (which is why OIG reports are useless because by mandate the principals get to review & submit revisions prior to release to the public because we are not really looking to incriminate & embarrass ourselves).

Why do you think Comey is freaking out...He got his copy of the report!

Was thinking about that...OIG reports are issued confidentially to all parties for comment & revision prior to release which is why they are always toothless & useless.

Starting to think about Mueller today & the Dems reaction for Impeachment & Comey Brennan, Clapper & all the Democrats doing the sky is falling dance all over the Media. I then expanded my thinking. How do you get around declassification rules if the shadow government refuses to declassify under a POTUS order? How do you Deport Illegal Alien's when Courts manned by corrupt Obama Judges block you at every turn? How do you expose widespread election fraud that stole control of the House of Representatives in 2018 by hacking machines, using corrupt election officials to tamper with ballots, illegal aliens at polls & in back rooms filling out absentee & provisional ballots? How do you expose a corrupt 3 letter bureaucracy in total defiance of your presidency? How do you expose a dead SCOTUS Justice currently serving on the high court? You actually goad them into impeaching you.

They lay out their "Trumped Up" Impeachment case on the floor of the Senate in front of the American People. In defense you present all the classified material & NSA Signal Intercepts you have been collecting on their conspiracy to remove you from the presidency including all their treasonous official, clandestine, & personal communications you obtained from legitimate FISA warrants obtained on members of the Clinton Foundation, FISA abuse, Treason in collusion with foreign powers & investigations into election fraud hopped from one dirty official to the next while you played stupid letting them think they were investigating you & preventing you from accomplishing anything & you present evidence of all their guilt on the Congressional Record as exculpatory evidence proving your innocence, Declare Martial Law, Dissolve the House of Representatives, arrest the guilty, & call for new elections while using your newfound powers under the national emergencies clauses & Insurrection Clauses to begin mass deportations, run tribunals, etc. You turn your Impeachment trial into their Treason Trial & Impeach the Seditious & Treasonous BHO at the same time.

At least that is what I'm dreaming. Honestly doubt it would ever happen, but it would be poetic as hell & he has primed most of America to almost accept something along these lines by this point. Actually think the Democrats who aren't completely insane at this point might even welcome it, especially if he told America he would resign the office when it is all over & new elections are held. One big irrefutable evidence laden due process legal housecleaning designed to Restore the Republic to what it once was envisioned to be.

Yes, he may well be letting them play out the charade while armed with tons of files - but someone would leak those acquisitions to the putzii. He can't get them in silence - the whole administration leaks like a sieve, as do every one of the "resist" agencies. He'll need boots and firearms to get all the documents.

Instead, I think he's simply going to let them play it out until 2020 - knowing the "Sanet" is going to veto their impeachment. And, frankly, I like my prior scenario better - use the SS, guns and force to get the goddamned documents. Because, I absolutely have no faith in Congress at all - It'd not remotely surprise me to see an "Et Tu, Brutus?" moment there as all the fucking rino's flip and flip him off.

Military Intelligence aka the NSA does not leak though - Cyber Command on the other hand runs disinformation operations on the internet to make people think they do. Agree with the Et Tu Brute moment. Too much risk, but if he turned it into an indictment of the previous administration as a defense he might pull it off. He is almost there now.

The NSA is not "Military Intelligence" - and frankly, damned few troops trust the 3-letter bastards to provide honest intel, and certainly not support.

I do agree that they quite likely second CI-guys - because they'll consider uniforms expendable, (and almost certainly more fit than the suits/shorts). Otoh, recall the CIA used to acquire troops that were rarely happy to work with and trust them - I doubt the NSA is any better. Prolly they prefer the more.... "flexible" and ambitious volunteers, (that none of us would trust with a drinking-straw).

I was speaking from the perspective of the Q narrative. If they tell you NSA - it isn't the NSA. If they tell you it is Horowitz, it isn't. You get the idea. I think Trump is relying on military intel assets combined with a small contingent of loyal well vetted NSA resources.
