I believe the caption above the picture was intended as sarcasm, a dig at the mainstream media types who are trying to tie Trump to Epstein, despite the fact that Trump seems to have cut all ties with Epstein after an incident where Epstein harassed a 14 year old girl at Mar a Lago at way back when.

Mind you, this line was used during VietNam as well. The gross & significant difference here is that we are now suffering a loudmouthed, violent minority that are attempting to not only redefine the language used in the FF documents, and their thoughts/meanings, but also redefine the US in terms of some other country and their [anti]-religions.
