Looking for several good tobacco recipes. Right now I'm vaping a Cowboy blend that I really like, but have not been able to duplicate it. Please keep in mind that my sense of smell and taste are diminished. TIA
I'm interested in hearing about your ry4's if you ever wanna share....here is one you might like it's a 555 blend I use to break up my RY4's
555 INW 3%
Virgina Fire Cured FW 1.0%
Carmel FA 1.0%
Vanilla Classic 1.0%
AP 1-2% per your taste
1 Drop Apple Cider Vinegar per 5ml (thanks @Smoky Blue )
I also Add 1% FA Hazelnut in another variation V2
Needs a couple weeks minimum steep better after a month, hot water, crock pot, and ultra sonic don't seem to help, just time
For a Extra kick of tobacco taste WARNING be very careful with TA it can overpower any mix
and some people (my family included do not like it, but I do)
ADD 1 DROP TOBACCO ABSOLUTE PER 10 ML
Thanks, I will be placing an order tomorrow and be sure to get what I don't have. I notice you use vinegar in some of your recipes. What exactly does it do?Here's the last one I'm still tweaking so critique away, play with it and make it yours
TFA RY4D 4.5%
FA Shade 1.5% (next tester will be Dark Vapture when it comes in)
FA Butterscotch 1%
TFA Dulce De Leche 1%
FA White Peach 0.5%
FA Mixed Nuts 0.5%
AP 2% (ACETYL PYRAZINE)
White Vinegar 1 drop per 5 ml does help but I have left it out and it is still good my better half doesn't care for the vinegar in this mix
Steep time couple weeks
I've seen her post's about it. I can't wrap my head around it, when I think vinegar that last thing I think of is juice. I gotta just get past it and try it. I've lost more than 5-10mls before on mistakes or bad choices of flavoring to use so I'll do it. You convinced me.That is a trick that I learned from reading posts from @Smoky Blue, about mixing tobacco's. It seems to help blend a settle the flavors together. It works with my pallet, but not so much with my wife's, so I would mix small 5ml or less batches and see how it works for you. I have started down the NET (naturally extracted tobacco) path and I can say that with extracts ( I am also using PGA vanilla) it is amazing how much vinegar helps mellow and blend all the flavor together.
