For fans of the iconic animated duo Tom and Jerry, the Tom & Jerry: The Golden Era Anthology is getting a Blu-ray release on December 2. This collection is currently available to preorder for $59.99 (see here at Amazon) and spans from 1940 to 1958, containing all 114 theatrical shorts that were originally created by William Hanna and Joseph Barbera.

If you're interested in picking this up for your physical media library, and want to secure a copy in case it sells out, head to the link below.

Preorder Tom & Jerry: The Golden Era Anthology on Blu-ray

According to the press release, this set, which is part of the Warner Archive Collection, comes with five discs that feature all 114 shorts remastered in 1080p resolution. There's a sixth disc included as well that features over three hours of bonus features, including two new featurettes: Lady of the House: The Story of Mammy Two Shoes and Animal Hijinks: The Friends and Foes of Tom.

Fans will also get to enjoy 20 audio commentaries, and this collector's edition even comes with a 28-page booklet that's filled with artwork and essays. If you're a longtime fan of the Tom and Jerry cartoons, this is a collector's set that seems well worth adding to a collection.
