Beautiful brushed gold finish. No box or extra bottle. I got it on sale and there was no extra bottle. They don't cost much though and I didn't keep the box. Takes a 18650 ( I have the adapter ) 20700 and 21700.
Works great and I will rate it a 9/10 only due to my using it. I will include a 30ml bottle of my awesome custard in your preferred nic strength also.
