Its not an issue.
The big thing is all of your 30ml bottles (or smaller) bottles of E-Liquid need to go in a 1 quart plastic bag if you have them in your carryon.
All of your batteries must be in your carryone. Not allowed in Checked luggage.
Yes, you can take a mod and a tank with you on the plane.
Fair warning,some tanks can leak due to changes in air pressure.
