The DotMod is a beauty, the TugBoat is a performer that can look pretty snazzy itself.

DotMod= 22mm
TugBoat=24mm

The dot mod paired with the dot mod rda would pretty much be exquisite in my book, I have held both and the dot mod is by far a wonderful device. I could stare at the button for an hour. I have been wanting one for a while but I'm liking my regulated mods lately.....I almost bought the gold one before they discontinued it and I'm kicking myself for not pulling the trigger. Do you have plans to buy or do you own the rda??

The Brass DotMod is probably the best looking mod Ive seen.

The pins are suppose to work well but can be a pain to change, so its best as a single RDA device. Discobob is right about pairing it with the Petri RDA, probably an awesome combo.

I dislike 24mm Mechs, so I would go with an Authentic brass DotMod.

.2 oHms is only pulling 21 amps @ 4.2v and producing 88watts. So that would be pretty safe.
I usually run VTC4s in them at .16 oHms pulling 27 amps @ 4.2v with no hot button producing 115watts

Use steam engine, its your "I want to keep my face" calculator lol. Link:

No, it drops as you use it. On a Mech running at .2 oHms you will feel the difference in vapor production dimenish.

Itll go from producing 115watts @ 4.7v to only producing somewhere in the range of 80watts at 3.6v, which should be when you switch batteries.

If youve never used a Mech before I would put a freshly charged battery in take a measured ammount of pulls, say 10, then measure the battery on either your charger or DMM and see how far its Voltage has dropped. Continue to do this every 10 pulls until it is at 3.7-3.6v and mentally note the difference in vapor production, throat hit, and flavor, and the way these diminsh with voltage dropping.

Keep these characteristics in mind from then on and just mentally judge when youre battery needs to be changed.
If your still uncomforatable with overdischarging your batteries, use the method above again until you are.

Hope any of that helps man,

BLT

I was wrong it'll go from 88watts @ 4.2v pulling 21amps to 65watts @ 3.6v pulling 18amps

And that is why steam engine is your friend lol, the above was for .15 oHms
